Brazilian supermodel Caroline Trentini lists her East Village duplex for $2.65M
Brazilian supermodel Caroline Trentini is hoping to unload her East Village condo, a 1,355-square-foot, two-bedroom duplex, for $2.65 million. She purchased the pad, which is located at 311 East 11th Street, in 2010 for $1.715 million, according to LLNYC. For a glamorous supermodel the interior is pretty tame, although the garden-floor apartment does boast an enviable 750-square-foot private backyard.
Trentini was discovered by Gisele Bundchen and walked for years at the Victoria Secret Fashion show. Her apartment is relatively low key, though, with a nice open living and dining area that looks out over the backyard. A wall of built-in shelving lends the living room some charm.

The tile work along the staircase adds a fun splash of color and personality to the apartment.
Both bedrooms are located upstairs. The master bedroom suite has a tricked-out bathroom with Persian green marble counter tops, glass tiled walls, a Zuma tub and separate glass enclosed shower. The second bedroom is just right down the hallway from the second full bathroom and washer/dryer setup.
Floor-to-ceiling glass connects the living interior to the spacious backyard. Out here, there’s plenty of room for landscaping and outdoor furniture.
311 East 11th is a newer construction luxury condo that is no stranger to celebrities. In fact, Aziz Ansari was attracted to a $4.9 million triplex here a few years back. Perks for residents include a full-time doorman, fitness center, sauna, bike storage and resident lounge.
