If you’re on the hunt for holiday apartment deals, this Upper West Side studio has just hit the market for $398,600. The apartment has been renovated with some unique features, like custom blinds and a murphy bed, that help maximize the limited square footage.

While the building’s impressive, the location isn’t bad either: you’re right across the street from Riverside Drive Park.
