Listings go live at 15 Hudson Yards, the development’s first residential building
In anticipation of its sales launch, 15 Hudson Yards released a slew of new renderings last month, showcasing “new views of the bundled quad of cylinders that make up its body, as well as its rectilinear base that will abut the Shed,” as 6sqft reported. And now without further ado, listings for the 285 market-rate condos (there will also be 106 affordable rentals) have officially come online, ranging from a $3.7 million two-bedroom on the 25th floor to a $13.8 million penthouse on the 84th floor, according to Curbed.
Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Rockwell Group, the 910-foot building is the first of two residential towers that Related Companies and Oxford Properties have planned for the massive complex. Once all the apartments hit the market, they’ll start with $1.95 million one-bedrooms and go up to $30 million penthouses.
As 6sqft outlined last month, there will be five “residence types” in the building: one- to three-bedroom Plaza Residences with views of the High Line and Heatherwick Studio’s massive art piece; two-bedroom Loft Residences with high ceilings; one- to four-bedroom Panorama Residences with views of the Hudson River, One World Trade, and beyond; three- and four-bedroom Penthouses; and four Duplex Upper Penthouses that will each occupy one of the tower’s four lobes and offer more than 5,000 square feet.
The 16 listings that are now live span all residence types aside from the Upper Penthouses. The cheapest is a $3.74 million, 1,571-square-foot Plaza Residence on the 25th floor, and the most expensive is a $13.845 million, 3,385-square-foot Penthouse on the 84th floor.
Amenities will include a 75-foot swimming pool, private spa, 3,500-square-foot fitness center, yoga studio, golf simulator, private dining rooms, screening room, and a skytop lounge.
