Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo make a sale on their sprawling Soho loft
Just six months after listing their Soho pad at 112 Greene Street, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo have made a sale. As The Post first reports, the sexy pair has sold their sprawling floor-through apartment to shoe designer Nick Lucio for an impressive $5.4 million—a number just shy of their original $5.5 million asking price, but still nearly $1 million more than what they originally paid for the home in 2014. This good news also comes bundled with a bundle of joy, as the couple also welcomed their first baby, Dusty Rose, into the world just two weeks ago.
As one would expect, the pair’s former pad oozed with style, outfitted with modern furniture, elegant fabrics, and other unique decor. The apartment’s bones are similarly notable, featuring six original cast-iron columns, old-time radiators, exposed brick walls, and 13-foot tin ceilings. There’s also an elevator that opens directly onto the 60-foot living space, and overall the loft measures an incredible 2,800 square feet.
There is, however, only one bedroom to be found, and many cite this as the reason the pair decided to ditch the apartment. Shortly after Prinsloo announced her pregnancy, the space hit the market. We imagine that the beautiful threesome have since settled into a cozier, more family-friendly home.
