Leasing launched last year and there are now six apartments left, ranging from a $3,117/month one-bedroom to a $5,683/month three-bedroom. Tons of exposed brick keep that industrial vibe intact–just pair it with a lot of leather furniture and you’re good to go. As far as availability, there are two three-bedroom apartments starting at $4,950/month, three two-bedrooms starting from $3,942/month and two one-bedrooms from $3,117/month.

A corner kitchen, decked out with new stainless steel appliances, dark wood cabinets and white subway tile, opens up into the dining area. The open-concept layouts are lit by warehouse-style windows. Many units also boast their own private–albeit narrow–outdoor space.

The bathrooms have modern finishes while the bedrooms are lit by those large warehouse windows. High ceilings, as you can see, leave plenty of room for artwork. Like many new developments in Williamsburg, this building is outfitted with an impressive amenities package that includes a fully-landscaped roof deck with barbecues and rooftop cabanas (perfect for this summer), a communal bocce court, vegetable garden and private residents library.
