What better way to enjoy the holidays than from a historic, beautifully-furnished brownstone in Park Slope, Brooklyn? This is a four-story brownstone and the top three floors are offered in the rental. Guests enter on the second floor– aka the parlor floor–which has an open living room, dining room and kitchen. It’s distinguished by high ceilings with tin detailing and an elaborate, decorative fireplace mantle. This is a Park Slope parlor floor at its best.

There’s a sitting room one floor up, on the third level of the home. This floor is also where you’ll find the master bedroom and an ensuite bath with marble finishes.

The fourth level of the brownstone has two more bedrooms, also boasting large windows, that can fit a double bed. There’s a bathroom on this floor, too.

Since this home is offered through One Fine Stay, it’s set up a little differently than traditional short-term rental apartments. Reps from One Fine Stay coordinate the rental, and renters won’t have to pay utilities or sign any type of lease. If you’ve got the bucks to do it (and a hankering to be in Brooklyn for the holidays), seems like this is a solid option.
