You get to enter the apartment through the main entrance on Hicks Street or through your private garden entrance on Love Lane–which is, yes, one of the best-named blocks in all of Brooklyn. It may not be a view of the Manhattan skyline (which you can get from the building’s common roof deck anyway) but we wouldn’t mind gazing at a lovely backyard like that all day. The asking price for the whole shebang, studio space and all, is $1.75 million.
