This raw-edged, sprawling 3,250 square-foot loft at 34 West 13th Street, on a bustling yet somehow old-school Greenwich Village street is on the market for the first time since the building became a cooperative in the 1970s. It was purchased in 2014 by a real estate developer who happens to be a film buff, and, after a significant renovation, is slated to re-open later this fall.
