Bradley Cooper Scopes Out an $8.5M Three-Bedroom in Tribeca’s Hubert
It looks like Hollywood hunk and newly single Bradley Cooper is looking for some New York digs. The Post reports that the actor was spotted checking out a sprawling three-bedroom at The Hubert, located in none other than celeb haven, Tribeca. The picture perfect pad is a seventh-floor unit that’s been designed a renovated by Moka Home, described by the brokers as a “rare one-of-a-kind offering will take your breath away from the moment you enter.”
The 2,542-square-foot unit is a modern stunner with a wide open living room, soaring 12-foot ceilings, and is wrapped on three sides with floor-to-ceiling windows with north, east and west exposures that look over Tribeca’s rooftops. The kitchen has been given a top-of-the-line renovation which includes Bulthaup cabinets, Dornbracht fixtures, a Sub-Zero refrigerator and wine cooler, and built-in espresso station.
The master suite makes up the entire “west wing” of the home and features custom millwork closet space, room for a large seating area, electric blackout curtains, and a Haisa Light marble clad spa-like master bath with radiant heat floors, soaking tub. The two other bedrooms can be found on the other side of the apartment. But maybe best of all, the apartment comes with not one, but two planted irrigated terraces for a quiet place of respite.
The home originally hit the market in March for $9.5 million and has been reduced twice since to $8.5 million. Cooper himself has been living with his mother since 2011 after his father passed.
