Located at 91 River Road in Grandview, the Limont House, with six bedrooms and five-and-a-half-bathroom, is asking $1,825,000. The property, which includes a separate pool house, sits on the site of a former sandstone quarry and leads to nature trails on the former Erie Rail.
“Limont House is one of Grandview’s finest homes,” Richard Ellis, broker and owner of Ellis Sotheby’s International Realty in Nyack, New York, said in a statement.
