Shake Shack and Milk Bar team up for limited-edition birthday-inspired shakes

Two New York City companies have announced a sweet new collaboration. Shake Shack and Milk Bar have teamed up on two limited-edition milkshakes: the chocolate birthday cake shake and the cornflake chocolate drizzle shake. The delicious treats combine Shake Shack’s famous frozen custard with Milk Bar’s unique desserts.
The chocolate birthday cake shake features Milk Bar B’Day crumbs and Milk Bar B’Day frosting spun with chocolate cake-flavored frozen custard and topped with whipped cream and rainbow sprinkles.
The cornflake chocolate drizzle shake is made with Milk Bar’s Cornflake Crunch, hand-spun with malted vanilla frozen custard, and topped with Milk Bar chocolate fudge drizzle and mini marshmallows.
The shakes will be available at Shake Shake restaurants across the country starting Friday, September 3 through November 1. But starting this Tuesday, fans can use the Shack App for early access to the shakes, which start at $5.99.
Every Friday in September, head to Shake Shack’s Instagram and use the “B’Day Randomizer” to select random calendar dates. If your birthday is selected and you’re one of the first 50 followers to direct message Shake Shack, you’ll receive a discount code for a free shake.
Shake Shack and Milk Bar will be donating treats to The Birthday Party Project, a nonprofit that helps children experiencing homelessness celebrate their birthdays.
