The Lawn Club is opening this fall at the South Street Seaport District’s historic Fulton Market Building. This first-of-its-kind interactive concept features 10,000 square feet of indoor grass transformed into lawn game courts so you can play cornhole, bocce, croquet, and mölkky all year round. And during the warmer months, The Lawn Club will set up additional outdoor courts on the sidewalk surrounding South Street, Fulton Street, and Front Street.

In addition to the 10,000 square feet of artificial turf, another 10,000 square feet will feature seating and lounge areas. Other offerings include the Little Lawn, a space for children to play games, special league nights, and weekend tailgate packages during popular sporting events.

The Lawn Club will offer a variety of programming for the community, including Little Lawn—a space that will welcome parents with young children to play interactive games. During select weekday evenings, The Lawn Club will host league nights with officiated team competition across a variety of games, and on weekends, the venue will offer tailgate packages during popular televised sporting events.

Expected to open this fall, The Lawn Club will replace the Italian dining-shopping concept 10 Corso Como. It’s a joint partnership between the Howard Hughes Corporation, who is responsible for the larger South Street Seaport redevelopment, and Endorphin Ventures, a “development studio that specializes in bringing experience-based concepts to commercial real estate spaces.”
