Jon Bon Jovi tries to sell West Village duplex as part of a $30M combo unit
Jon Bon Jovi hasn’t released a new album in quite some time, but one way he’s managed to stay in the spotlight is his real estate game. In 2015, he sold his Soho penthouse for $34 million, shortly thereafter picking up a sprawling duplex condo at new celeb-favorite 150 Charles Street for $13 million. Less than two months ago, he listed the West Village pad for $17.25 million, but he’s already gotten impatient, now offering the pad as part of a $29.5 million combo unit with the neighboring duplex according to Curbed.

The listing calls it a “fantastic opportunity to combine two of the finest duplex homes at 150 Charles Street” to create a 6,700-square-foot home with 2,900 square feet of south-facing terrace space. Bon Jovi’s mod pad is the larger of the two, coming in at 4,000 square feet with a massive 52′ x 29′ landscaped terrace and two smaller balconies. His apartment (#4BS) is still for sale separately for a now-reduced $16 million. The other slightly smaller unit (#4CS) is asking $11.75 million individually and is owned by an Apika LLC.
Bon Jovi’s unit has four bedrooms, a contemporary living room with wood-burning fireplace, custom kitchen, and a media room.
The other unit is still modern, but a bit more playful and bright than Bon Jovi’s. It has three bedrooms, an open/living dining area, and a separate family room.
Building amenities include 40,000 square feet of private outdoor space, a covered driveway with full-service garage, a professional spa with a 75-foot lap pool, and a 3,000-square-foot fitness center complete with yoga studio, plunge pool, dry sauna, and a juice bar. There’s also a long list of A-listers who call the building home: Sports Illustrated supermodel Irina Shayk bought a $6 million condo last year (she’s now renting it for $20,000/month); Ben Stiller and wife Christine Taylor dropped $15 million on a home; and famed fashion photographer Steven Klein bought a $12.5 million condo.
