The restaurant will also provide in-room dining service for hotel guests and building residents, for whom Andrés has designed a special menu.
Zaytina is the second José Andrés restaurant within the Ritz, the first being his Spanish Bazaar restaurant which is inspired by the chef’s Spanish roots and serves both unique recipes and creative twists on classic dishes.
