Superstar rapper Bad Bunny is renting at one of Chelsea’s most unique condo buildings. The Puerto Rican musician has moved into a penthouse at the Jardim, a pair of buildings at 527 West 27th Street designed by Brazilian architect Isay Weinfeld. The apartment was last asking $150,000 per month, as the New York Post first reported. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath apartment offers a perfect indoor-outdoor lifestyle, with sliding glass curtain wall windows leading to nearly 4,600 square feet of private outdoor space across four terraces.
The apartment’s private elevator opens directly into the sun-drenched gallery, living space, library, and a huge south-facing terrace surrounded partially by glass walls. An additional corner terrace is found between the dining and living rooms. According to the listing, a spiral staircase in the library leads to the rooftop.
An eat-in kitchen has custom Molteni cabinets and satin-finish Molteni stainless steel countertops, with fully integrated appliances from Gaggenau. A breakfast nook and an attached outdoor terrace offer casual dining options.

Bad Bunny, aka Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, has been spotted in New York City recently, attending the Luis Miguel concert at Madison Square Garden on Sunday and at Carbone, according to the Post.
