Penthouse Sales Launch at Brooklyn’s Tallest Skyscraper, 388 Bridge
Downtown Brooklyn’s most talked about new development—and tallest tower—has just announced the launch of its ‘Penthouse Collection’. Located at 388 Bridge, 40 penthouses ranging from 1,144 square feet to 2,371 square feet on floors 45 through 53, have been priced at $1.742 million and up. The units offer up 360-degree views looking out to Manhattan, Brooklyn and Queens, and several residences have been set up as duplexes with outdoor terraces.
“The Stahl Organization’s goal when developing 388 Bridge Street was to construct a five-star residential tower and to that end, I am confident that we have the best product in a market in dire need of quality high-end residences,” said Gregg Wolpert, co-president of Stahl said in a press release. “No two penthouse residences are the same – each features custom layouts. Additionally, we are anticipating buyers purchasing multiple units with the intention of combining them.”
Each penthouse comes with high-end kitchen frills and apartment finishes, with ceiling heights of 10’-6’’ or more. But the pièce de résistance is the 1,245-square-foot 46th floor Sky Lounge reserved for penthouse tenants. The space boasts a fireplace, televisions, a kitchenette, and plenty of entertainment space with the NYC skyline as a backdrop. There’s also 8,o0o square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity space for the whole building.
Pricing for the Penthouse Collection ranges from $1.742 million to $5.999 million, while the remaining condos range from $700,000 to $1.7 million. In May, the Stahl Organization announced that the building was 50 percent leased.
