Buy Josh Hartnett’s sprawling Tribeca penthouse for $4.25M
If you’ve wondered where Josh Hartnett’s been for the past decade, the answer may be in his sprawling Tribeca co-op at 16 Hudson Street, which he just listed for $4.25 million according to LL NYC. Though the corner penthouse looks massive, it’s only one bedroom, which could be why the heartthrob actor-turned-producer decided to sell; his longtime girlfriend Tamsin Egerton is pregnant with their second child.
The loft has a giant living space with 10 south- and west-facing windows that boast wood cabinetry and storage beneath them and offer views of One World Trade Center. The listing does say that a buyer could add “numerous windowed bedrooms and still have gracious entertaining and dining space.” Other perks include tons of custom cabinetry and storage, electric shades, hardwood floors, high ceilings, central air conditioning and a washer/dryer.
A sky-lit kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances and a six-seat counter.
The bedroom is outfitted with a walk-in closet, windowed dressing area, and glass-tiled bath complete with two sinks, a large soaking tub, and a double walk-in steam shower.
Up the spiral staircase is the 940-square-foot roof deck, which has plenty of room for outdoor dining and lounging.
Hartnett bought the apartment in 2004 for $2.4 million.
