The latest and most notable sale for BK nabe is 19 Monroe, which just sold for $6.8 million through a listing held by Yolanda Johnson at Corcoran. The property hit the market back in March for $7.3 million, and while the interiors were admired by many, the ask made more than a few jaw drops.
