Back in 2012, the unit, #3A at 56 Crosby Street, hit the market for $5.2 million and for $23,000 a month after it was on and off the market in 2009 and 2010 with an ask of $4.495 million. It looks as if it never sold. Now? It's trying its luck as a rental and again asking $23,000 a month. Star power hasn't helped this listing before, do you think this time around it'll be different?
