Sitting on over four acres of land, the home features four bedrooms and five bathrooms. The sprawling pad features a pool and pool house, as well as scenic views of Lake Waccabuc. Last year, the Miller and Monroe's former NYC pad just off Sutton Place at 444 East 57th Street, hit the market at an asking price of $6.75 million.
