It hasn't even been a week since Bethenny Frankel triumphantly sold her $7 million Tribeca loft in just one day, but the Skinny Girl is already back on the hunt. The Post reports that she and "Million Dollar Listing's" Fredrik Eklund (he's also responsible for her recent sale) checked out a $20 million West Village penthouse yesterday. The incredible, 11,000-square-foot duplex at 165 Perry Street--which boasts glass floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, several landscaped terraces around a central courtyard, and a seven-car garage--was famously rented by Robert DeNiro for two years after his Upper West Side apartment caught fire in 2012.

After first hitting the market last September, Jessica Chastain's lovely Greenwich Village duplex has finally found a buyer according to city records. The actress bought the renovated two-bedroom at 250 Mercer Street in 2012 for $1.2 million and initially listed it as an $11,500/month rental before re-listing it for sale for $1.8 million in April. The buyer paid slightly over ask at $1.9 million.

Two are already in contract, but the newly-listed penthouse awaits, with a prospective winter 2016 occupancy date.

‘Humans of New York’ creator picks up $2.45M Chelsea duplex

You may not know Brandon Stanton by name, but you certainly know his photo-journalism project "Humans of New York." Launched six years ago, the social media sensation features interviews with thousands of people on the streets of New York, with special series focusing on groups like Syrian refugees and veterans, and it's now spread internationally. Drivers Wanted (Again) for This $4.5M Soho ‘Ferrari’ Bachelor Pad
