‘Real Housewives’ Ramona Singer lists Upper East Side pad for $5M
“The Real Housewives of New York City” star Ramona Singer has put her renovated and refined five-bedroom apartment in The Richmond condo at 201 East 80th Street on the market for $4.99 million. According to the New York Post, the quintessential Upper East Side girl is pondering a move to parts south (but not too far south) for a change of pace. The corner apartment has panoramic city views and plenty of little luxuries.
Singer says that though her friends are mostly on the Upper East Side, she’s got an eye on the Flatiron District–or maybe just the East 70s, with plans to rent in a new neighborhood to get a feel for it. The news comes on the heels of Real Housewife Luann Se Lesseps’ listing of her Hamptons home for cooler pastures upstate.
The Yorkville home as an expansive living and dining space, high ceilings and plenty of light courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows. A high-end kitchen rocks countertops of white marble and top-of-the-line appliances.
A suitably luxurious master bedroom suite offers open views to the west, a walk-in closet, and a marble-clad bath.
The apartment currently has four bedrooms, though an alternate floor plans shows there is definitely room for five. The home’s remaining bedrooms are separated from the living space and master for privacy.
The home has conveniences like a washer/dryer and an integrated audio system. The full-service condominium offers a full-time doorman and concierge, and a landscaped roof deck.
