Rent Jennifer Lawrence’s Tribeca pad for $27.5K a month
After a fairly lengthy house hunt, Jennifer Lawrence dropped $9 million on a sprawling Tribeca loft in January. The apartment is at 443 Greenwich Street, which has become a celeb hot spot due to its “paparazzi-proof” amenities such as a below-grade parking and a private interior courtyard. But now that she’s in London filming “Red Sparrow,” Lawrence has put the home on the rental market, first listing it in February for $30,000 a month and now dropping the price to $27,500 (h/t TRD). Whoever inks the lease will be able to call Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, and Harry Styles their neighbors.
They’ll also be able to enjoy the building’s other impressive amenities including a 71-foot indoor swimming pool, a 5,000-square-foot landscaped roof terrace, and fitness center with Turkish bath.
Lawrence’s home covers 3,184 square feet and boasts a 35-foot living/dining room with 10+ foot ceilings, four large north-facing windows, a recessed gas fireplace, wide-plank white oak flooring, and reclaimed wooden beams and columns.
The restaurant-grade kitchen has a large marble island with a second sink, two dishwashers, two ovens, and custom cabinetry by Christopher Peacock.
In the master suite, there’s a walk-in closet plus an entire wall of closets, in addition to an en-suite bad clad in white Calcutta marble with a freestanding egg tub, oversized glass shower with a stone bench, and heated towel rack.
The other two bedrooms also have large closets and en-suite baths. In addition, the apartment comes with a laundry room, powder room, and service entrance.
Lawrence may hope she has similar luck to former 443 Greenwich resident Mike Myers, who sold his loft in the building for $15 million just a month after he bought it.
