According to city records, Justin Timberlake has sold his 5,400-square-foot condo at 443 Greenwich Street for $29 million in an off-market sale at the end of December, the Wall Street Journal reports. A penthouse at the Hudson Tea Building at 1500 Hudson Street has set a new record for Hoboken, New Jersey condo sales. The three-bedroom, three-bath home just sold for $4.2 million, the city's priciest condo sale ever. The newly-renovated loft–a two-unit combo–spans 2,820 square feet with direct New York City skyline views in three directions. A previous Hoboken record was held by Eli Manning's 2018 sale in the same building. The Giants quarterback sold his three-bedroom pad in the waterfront loft building for $3.55 million.

After 30+ years, Andy Warhol’s art director lists Noho penthouse for $6M

Marc Balet was the longtime art director for Andy Warhol's Interview Magazine, as well as for his talk show 15 Minutes that aired on MTV from 1985 to 1987. Around this same time, in the late '80s, he purchased a three-floor loft at 620 Broadway in Noho that was used as a dance studio. He transformed it into a beautiful, light-filled live-work home, even calling on his friend Fran Lebowitz to have her father, who owned a furniture store, create custom curtains for the 17-foot-tall space. The window treatments remain today, as do many other personal mementos, including lava lamps gifted by Pee-Wee Herman and a huge wall of celebrity photographs. Balet has now decided to put the home on the market for $5,995,000 and considering it also has an incredible amount of outdoor space, it's a place not to be missed.

A Brooklyn penthouse overlooking Prospect Park went into contract last week for $6.95 million. As first reported by Mansion Global, the deal will become the priciest condo ever sold in Park Slope when it closes. The sprawling four-bedroom, four-bath residence is located at One Prospect Park West, a roughly 100-year-old building that originally served as a Knights of Columbus hotel and now has been converted into a luxury condominium with 64 homes.

It is the most expensive listing currently in New York City, and if it fetches the asking price, it would become the second-biggest sale in the city's history and set a record with its $20,500 per square foot price tag. As 6sqft reported last month, the 96th-floor unit is currently owned by billionaire Saudi real estate developer Fawaz Alhokair, who bought the apartment for only $88 million in 2016. Listed with Ryan Serhant, founder and CEO of SERHANT., the unit spans 8,225 square feet and has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as 240 linear feet of glass windows. The home is being sold with all of its art and furniture, which includes pieces from Hermes, Fendi, and Bentley.
