Sheryl Crow sells her incredible Noho loft for $2.72M
Singer Sheryl Crow has sold her Noho nest at 46 Great Jones Street. The second floor loft just sold to J.P. Morgan managing director Fadi Hanna for $2.72 million according to city records (h/t New York Post).
The classic downtown loft spans 2,000 square feet, with 13-foot ceilings and exposed brick walls.
The open dining room and well-appointed loft kitchen provide lots of entertaining room and there’s storage available in the basement.
In old-school loft fashion, two bedrooms are tucked along one side and the kitchen and living areas occupy opposite ends of the wide-open space. Large closets abut the bedrooms, as does a huge open bath and a laundry room.
Crow, who has two sons, Wyatt and Levi, has reportedly been spending more family time near Nashville. She recently released her ninth studio album, “Be Myself.”
