Soori High Line penthouse with its own private pool hits the market for $22.5M

The new Chelsea condo Soori High Line, at 522 West 29th Street, has made headlines for apartments that come with their own private pools. And now one of the building’s most luxurious condos has hit the market—a penthouse triplex asking $22.5 million. This pad boasts nearly 20 foot ceilings and one incredible, 25-foot-long, four-foot-deep heated rooftop pool.

The apartment comes in at 4,510 square feet with five bedrooms and five bathrooms. The lofty living room boasts massive, 20-foot walls of glass that look out onto private terrace space. (The apartment comes with two private terraces, actually.) “Top-of-the-line designer finishes,” as the listing puts it, includes Azul Grey limestone floors, solid oak walls, as well as marble bathrooms.

Here’s a look at one of the two terraces, this one located right off the open living and dining area. Both terraces feature outdoor fireplaces.

On the other side of the apartment is the roof terrace, which holds the pool and a luxurious, private deck. Soori High Line’s architect, Soo K. Chan, has gotten plenty of attention for including pools in the building design–a grand total of 16 of the 31 apartments come with one, although most are located in the condo’s living room.

The condo also comes with tons of amenities, including doorman and concierge service, a gym, spa, steam and sauna, parking garage, wine cellar with a tasting area, laundry, library, resident lounge, private storage and bike storage. (Got all that?) The $70 million project is still under construction and expected to open next year.
