‘Today’ show host Savannah Guthrie lists Tribeca loft for $6M
“Today” show co-anchor Savannah Guthrie and husband Michael Feldman, a political consultant, have put their Tribeca apartment on the market at an asking price of $5.995 million. As LLYNC learned, Feldman bought the three-bedroom apartment in 2012 for $3.8 million. The 2,691-square-foot condominium was designed by BKSK Architects and boasts five floor-to-ceiling windows as well as a 200-square-foot storage unit.
The massive floor-to-ceiling windows bring in lots of sunlight, brightening the apartment’s open layout. The chic chef’s kitchen has white glass finishes and Miele appliances and sits next to the spacious dining area.
The master bedroom features a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom that has a double vanity, soaking tub and a rainfall shower. The other three bedrooms sit on the opposite side of the unit with views of its courtyard.
Perfect for entertaining, a custom-made Italian bar is found near the living space. The bar features white glass and thermal oak cabinets, a honed black absolute granite countertop and granite sink. It also includes an ice maker, beverage center, and wine fridge. Amenities found in the building include a full-time doorman, live-in super, roof terrace, gym, and parking garage.
Guthrie and Feldman got married in 2014, two years after Guthrie notoriously replaced Ann Curry as Matt Lauer‘s co-anchor on “Today.” The couple welcomed their second child this past December, so perhaps they’re looking to upgrade their digs to accommodate their growing family.
