Jonah Hill’s Brother Picks Up a Quirky Soho Co-op for $2.3M
Looks like Jordan Feldstein wanted to be much closer to big bro Jonah Hill. The talent manager (his clients include Maroon 5 and Robin Thicke) picked up a loft co-op at 37B Crosby Street in Soho, just a block away from Jonah’s current pad at 27 Howard Street. City records show that Feldstein paid $2.3 million for the quirky duplex, which features exposed brick, fire engine-red railings, a custom wine cellar, and a private garden.
Located within a townhouse, the duplex has a large, open living/dining space with a wood-burning fireplace.
The living room opens to the 43-foot x 13-foot landscaped garden, complete with a trellis surround and plant beds.
The main floor also houses the contemporary kitchen (the combo of stainless steel counters, warm wood cabinets, and bright blue walls works really nicely) and the second bedroom.
Downstairs, the exposed brick gives the space a cavernous feel, but it’s juxtaposed with the bright railing and interesting built-in storage. The master is on this floor and has a walk-in closet and en-suite bath. There’s also a small home office and a laundry room.
This past October, Feldstein (who gained notoriety for marrying Clint Eastwood’s daughter for about a week and for having a public food fight with Sharon Osbourne) unloaded his $3.1 million Beverly Hills home, perhaps in anticipation of a move to NYC. But Jonah Hill may not be so crazy about having his sibling so close, as the actor has been trying to sell his nearby loft for over a year and was recently spotted checking out a new Noho condo conversion.
