Developed by Ephraim Heimfield and designed by Hill West Architects, the building rises seven stories and offers residents amenities like an open-air courtyard, shared laundry room, multi-use lounge, game room, screening room, fitness center, and a parking garage.

The apartments have been carefully designed and include spacious kitchens, wood-paneled flooring, oversized windows, and thoughtful floor plans, according to the building’s website.
The property is close to the 2, 5, B, Q, and S subway lines and the B12, B49, and B44-SBS buses.
