Gigi Hadid Now a Resident of Trendy 10 Bond Street in Noho
Last summer, after a stalker tried to break into her apartment at 250 Bowery in Nolita, supermodel Gigi Hadid listed the home for $2.45 million. It closed in January for $2.3 million, around which time Hadid and then-new flame Zayn Malik were seen checking out a $6.5 million apartment nearby at Noho’s 10 Bond Street. Seven months later, it look like Gigi’s officially shacked up in the Annabelle Selldorf-designed building, as she and Malik have been exiting the building together to a swarm of paparazzi.
Reports from earlier in the year said that Hadid was looking at apartment #3E, a three-bedroom spread listed for $6.5 million. But according to city records, that unit closed in May to a Jeffrey Sun. However, a deeper look into the other building closings reveal that another condo, #2E, recently sold for $3.971 million to “G Angel LLC and Y Secret LLC.” Doing the math: G= Gigi; Angel + Secret= Gigi is a Victoria’s Secret Angel; and Y= we can only guess stands for mom, Yolanda.
These interior renderings are standard release, and closely represent the apartment Hadid chose. Selldorf herself designed the interiors, which feature 10+ foot ceilings and huge swaths of continuous glazing in the living areas. There’s also Douglas Fir floors, mahogany window sills, automated lighting and shade control from Lutron, and filtered fresh water. The kitchens boast Italian millwork, marble slab counters, handmade Dutch tile backsplashes and high-end appliances. Building amenities include a fitness center overlooking a sunken garden, residential storage units, and a concierge.
