Torafu’s Koloro is a Cute and Functional Office Wrapped Up in a Compact Desk
If you work from home, you know how difficult it is to separate personal and professional life. But not if you have something like this—a desk that you can just turn over when you finish work, leaving all the clutter and to-do lists behind. The cute Kororodesuku (Koloro desk) is a brilliantly simple design by Japanese designers Torafu studio; it’s made from wood and comes in any color you like.
Torafu‘s Kororodesuku is basically a wooden box with legs, open at one side and featuring various windows to let light in or hold small items. Perfect as a computer desk, it has space for a small hanging light inside and hooks for bags, and it can even hold a plant pot on its roof. Brilliant and multifunctional, it has an accessible feel, but when closed (or turned around) will allow you to leave all your worries from the workday behind.
Kororodesuku feels like a compact private room where no one can disturb you. It comes with a small wooden stool that can hide small, rarely used objects inside. Made from easy-to-clean polyester veneer and Plywood Lauan, it comes in a whopping 1,000 colors.
