Justin Timberlake sells Tribeca penthouse for $29M

According to city records, Justin Timberlake has sold his 5,400-square-foot condo at 443 Greenwich Street for $29 million in an off-market sale at the end of December, the Wall Street Journal reports. Timberlake and wife Jessica Biel purchased the unit atop the celebrity-packed building in 2017 for $20.2 million.
The building was built in 1882 and recently restored by CetraRuddy Architects. Amenities include a 24-hour doorman, valet and live-in manager, children’s playroom, 71-foot indoor swimming pool, landscaped roof terrace, a fitness center with a Turkish steam bath, access to private storage rooms and a temperature-controlled wine cellar in addition to that bunker-like underground garage.
Tenants in the “paparazzi-proof” condo have included The Weeknd and Bella Hadid, Meg Ryan, Jake Gyllenhaal, Rebel Wilson, Mike Myers, Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively, Jennifer Lawrence, and Formula One driver Lewis Hamilton.
We don’t know who purchased the four-bedroom condo, though the same buyer reportedly received $49 million for a triplex condo loft at 421 Broome Street in Soho in November.
