Inside the amenity spaces at Long Island City’s supertall Skyline Tower

New York City’s tallest building outside Manhattan topped out a year ago and is set to commence closings and move-ins this December. Located in Long Island City‘s Court Square section, Skyline Tower is a 778-foot luxury condo tower with 800 units, with current availabilities ranging from a $739,000 studio to a $2.5 million three-bedroom. And when the new tenants move in this winter, they’ll be able to enjoy amazing amenities, including a 75-foot indoor pool, a pet spa, and a fully equipped gym.
Skyline Tower took the title of tallest outer-borough building from the nearby 673-foot-tall Citigroup Building. Designed by Hill West Architects with Whitehall Interiors, the 67-story building is constructed of 358,538 square feet of translucent glass (the equivalent of six football fields, if that helps!). Sales launched in May of 2019, and within four months, brokerage Modern Spaces said it had sold $223 million worth of inventory–a good sign for its projected $1 billion sellout.
Residents enter the building at 23-15 44th Drive–which has its own entrance to the Court Square-23rd Street subway station–via a handsome lobby. There’s a full-time doorman, a valet for the on-site parking garage, and a concierge.
There are two resident lounges, including this double-height space complete with several seating areas, billiards, a kitchenette, and views of the pool.
The 75-foot heated indoor pool is adjacent to the spa, which boasts a whirlpool tub, cedar-planked sauna, and a private treatment room.
The large fitness center even has a yoga/pilates room stocked with equipment.
Other amenities include a children’s playroom, outdoor terrace, business center, laundry room, and pet spa.
