Applications are now being accepted for 37 middle-income units at a new rental in Brooklyn. Located on the Clinton Hill-Fort Greene border, 810 Fulton Street (also known as 475 Clermont Avenue) rises 12 stories and contains 363 apartments. The building boasts a number of amenities, including a parking garage, children’s playroom, fitness center, and a large landscaped rooftop with grills, a catering kitchen, and an outdoor movie theater. New Yorkers earning 130 percent of the area median income can apply for the apartments, ranging from a $2,370/month studio to a $3,063/month two-bedroom.
Developed by RXR Realty and designed by Aufgang Architects, the mixed-use project includes 33,000 square feet of street-facing retail and commercial space, with a parking garage underneath. Market-rate rentals currently available at the building start at $2,452/month for a studio and go up to $4,760/month for two-bedroom, according to CityRealty.
Residences, with interiors imagined by Durukan Design, boast spacious layouts and ceiling heights up to 11 feet. Chef’s kitchens feature an industrial vibe, with custom cabinetry, stone countertops, and the latest appliances.
First-class perks of the building include a 24-hour concierge, on-site pet spa, landscaped courtyard, bike storage, fitness center, children’s room, and, best of all, an outdoor movie screen on the rooftop.
The nearest transit options include the C train just one block away, as well as more than 11 subway lines at the Atlantic Center Terminal, located within a half-mile from the rental. Located near the BAM Cultural District, shopping and entertainment are all easily accessible.
