Located at 963 Atlantic Avenue in Clinton Hill, the nine-story building contains 124 units and an assortment of amenities for tenants, including an open-air roof deck. Developed by Efraim Weber of 86 Lefferts Corp. and designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, the building offers residents amenities like a fitness center, lounge, party room, children’s playroom, co-working spaces, a game room, a screening room, a dog washing station, shared laundry rooms, bike storage, and a parking garage, according to Yimby.
The property also has an open-air roof deck with lounge seating, foosball tables, and grilling and dining areas. All residences are equipped with dishwashers, state-of-the-art appliances, and countertops and finishes.
The nearest public transit options include the Prospect Park shuttle and the C train.
Qualifying New Yorkers can apply for the affordable units until May 31, 2023. Preference for 50 percent of the units will be given to residents of Brooklyn Community District 2.
