31 apartments up for grabs at amenity-rich rental in Flushing, from $1,750/month

A housing lottery kicked off on Monday for 31 new, middle-income apartments in the Queens neighborhood of Flushing. The rental at 144-74 Northern Boulevard contains 100 units and ground-floor retail, including the Korean supermarket H Mart and a Burger King. Qualifying New Yorkers earning 130 percent area median income can apply for the apartments, which range from $1,750/month studios to $2,400/month two-bedrooms.
Designed by Ismael Levya Architects and developed by Sabre Real Estate Group, the building rises seven stories and contains 100 units. Residents have access to a rooftop with barbecues, a lounge, fitness center, bike storage, and an underground parking garage. Apartments come equipped with a smart door latch and a video intercom.
Located between Parsons Boulevard and 147th Street, the rental sits near a number of convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes; bustling Downtown Flushing is less than a mile away.
Nearest transit options include the Port Washington Branch of the Long Island Railroad at the Murray Hill stop, the 7 subway train at Main Street, and the Q13 and Q28 buses.
