Two of the city’s busiest subway lines apparently need some time off this weekend. The 4 train is not running at all in Brooklyn and does not stop at 11 more stops Uptown and in the Bronx. Although the local 6 typically comes to our rescue, it won’t happen this weekend. The 6 is skipping 28, 51, 68, 77, 96, 103, 110, and 116th Streets. Plus, the Q is not running between Prospect Park and 96th Street. But thankfully, the M is running special weekend service along the Q. Before you head out this weekend, check the rest of the planned service changes ahead.
1 trains skip 238 Street in the Bronx.
2 trains run every 12 minutes and skip 50, 59 and 66 Streets in Manhattan until Nov. 26.
Between 148 Street and New Lots Ave, 3 trains will run and replace 4 trains in Brooklyn all weekend. 3 trains skip 145 Street through the end of the month.

Oh, and no 4 trains will stop at 176 Street, Mt. Eden Avenue, 170, 167, and 161 Streets in the Bronx.
This weekend, 5 trains run every 20 minutes between Dyre Avenue and Bowling Green.
Through December, Pelham Bay Park-bound 6 trains skip 28, 51, 68, 77, 96, 103, 110, and 116th Streets.

World Trade Center-bound E trains skip Briarwood and 75 Avenue in Queens, running express between 71 Avenue and Queens Plaza.
No L trains between Broadway Junction and Manhattan; free shuttle buses are available. The L will only run between Broadway Junction and Rockaway Parkway.
B and D trains skip 174-175 Street and 167 Street in both directions.
Due to track work, D trains run every 12 minutes. Coney Island-bound D trains skip 170 Street and 161 Street in the Bronx, and 155 Street in Manhattan.
Coney Island-bound F trains skip Sutphin Boulevard, Briarwood, and 75 Avenue in Queens. There is no F service at 57 Street.
No Q trains between Prospect Park and Manhattan. But this weekend special M trains will run between Metropolitan Avenue and 47-50 Streets on the Q line, between Lexington Avenue and 96th Street.
Coney Island-bound N trains will not stop at 30 Avenue and 36 Avenue in Queens. N and W trains skip Broadway and 39 Avenue in both directions. The N will run on the D line in both directions between 36 Street and Stillwell Avenue.
R trains run on the F line between 95 Street and 71 Avenue. Between 71 Avenue to Queens Plaza, R trains run express.
Expect longer wait times and crowding through next weekend on J trains due to concrete work at 104 Street.
Per the whims of the MTA, there will probably be other problems, and the problems stated above are subject to change and worsen.
