Scarlett Johansson checks out $8M oceanfront condo at celeb-studded Montauk resort

Scarlett Johansson and Colin Jost have looking at beachfront properties in the Hamptons. According to the New York Post, Johansson and her man recently checked out a five-bedroom condo at Gurney’s in Montauk, in the resort’s new 26-unit residential section which opened in 2016. The pair toured a pretty property priced at $7.95 million (reduced from $8.49 million, though it’s still the most expensive of the eight available residences).
Johansson joked, “We’ll take it,” about the pale beige pad that was rumored to be Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber’s Fourth of July holiday HQ for a week this summer. Also, Robert DeNiro and wife Grace Hightower enjoyed a stay at the end of June. And as 6sqft previously reported, Lady Gaga checked out the unit next door last year.
The 4,157-square-foot oceanfront home features a light-filled living area with vaulted ceilings.
A guest-friendly kitchen has stainless steel appliances.
Who wouldn’t want this view from the bedroom?
A dedicated beach cabana comes with the condo, of course. And there’s plenty of outdoor play space if you’re feeling lazy. The unit also offers private parking and access to the resort’s amenities which include a spa.
