Every year, almost half of the U.S. makes New Year’s resolutions, but most of us don’t follow through. In fact, according to a University of Scranton study published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology, only 8% of Americans are likely to achieve their New Year’s resolutions. Sometimes, we don’t succeed because we fail to be consistent – and sometimes it’s because we don’t have tools that can help us reach these goals.
