A new high-end cocktail bar is opening this weekend on the 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards, just above the sky-high observation deck Edge. Located within the David Rockwell-designed restaurant Peak, “Peakaboo” is an upscale bar offering guests a nightlife experience complete with a live DJ and incredible views of the city. Run by hospitality group RHC and set to open on February 5, Peakaboo will feature a unique selection of food and drink that builds off of Peak’s menus.
Designed by the Rockwell Group, Peak sits one level above Edge, the highest outdoor observation deck in the Western Hemisphere. It occupies the entire 101st floor of 30 Hudson Yards and consists of a 110-seat dining room, a private dining room, and an event space for 300 people. The restaurant’s 45-seat lounge transforms into Peakaboo at 11 p.m.

Upon entry, guests will be captured by the lounge’s floor-to-ceiling windows and large bar which is backed by a spirits wall housing over 200 bottles of high-end liquors.
Peakaboo’s selection of drinks is crafted by Zach Kameron and Jon Kraus, also the team behind Peak’s beverage menu. The menu will feature luxury selections of champagne by the glass and bottle service for top-shelf selections of liquor and an extensive variety of cocktails. Food options include “elevated bar bites,” like Noank oysters, White Sturgeon caviar, and black truffle tarts, according to a press release.
Peakaboo will be open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 11 p.m. to 2 a.m. No reservation is required.
