Brooklyn’s latest waterfront development officially launched leasing for its luxury rentals. Designed by Brandon Haw Architecture, Williamsburg Wharf contains five 22-story residential buildings and 20,000 square feet of amenities along the East River in South Williamsburg. Two Williamsburg Wharf and Three Williamsburg Wharf include 334 apartments across the two towers, with pricing starting from $3,500/month for a studio.

Developed by Naftali Group, Williamsburg Wharf features 850 condo and rental units and retail space across five towers designed by a team consisting of Brandon Haw Architecture, Cookfox, Rockwell Group, Ward + Grey, Studio Munge, Hill West, SCAPE Landscape Architecture, and Future Green Studio.
As part of the first phase, One Williamsburg Wharf launched sales for its 89 condos last year. Current availability starts at $1.29 million for one-bedroom apartments.

Apartments at Two and Three Williamsburg Wharf range from studios to two bedrooms, with penthouses on the top floors. Residences offer modern, light-filled interiors, high-end finishes, expansive floor plans, and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase breathtaking views of the East River and Manhattan skyline. Select units boast private outdoor spaces.
Kitchens have stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, modern matte black fixtures, dishwashers, and more. Bathrooms boast porcelain gray matte tiles on the walls and floors, custom wood vanities with frameless mirrors, and matte black accents. Some bathrooms also feature double vanities.

The buildings also feature over 20,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, known as the “Williamsburg Wharf Resort & Recreation Club.” Designed by Ward + Gray, these include a rooftop pool deck that transforms into an ice-skating rink in the winter, an indoor and outdoor fitness center with a terrace, a yoga and meditation room, an indoor basketball court, a gaming lounge, a juice bar, a pet spa, and landscaped waterfront green spaces.
Additional amenities at the club include a common roof terrace on the 8th floor, co-working lounges, bike storage, and a laundry room.
Two Williamsburg offers a co-working library, while Three Williamsburg features a waterfront co-working lounge, a media room, and a patio overlooking the East River.
As 6sqft reported earlier this month, celebrity Israeli chef Eyal Shani will open a new restaurant concept at the development, occupying 4,000 square feet of ground floor space.

“With incredible New York City views and impeccable design, Two and Three Williamsburg Wharf offers renters a truly one-of-a-kind luxury living experience on the Brooklyn waterfront,” Miki Naftali, chairman and CEO of Naftali Group, said.
“The appetite for beautifully designed luxury rentals in the Williamsburg market continues to grow, and these two buildings present an exceptional opportunity to experience waterfront living at its finest.”
Last month, a housing lottery opened for 26 middle-income apartments at Two Williamsburg Wharf, with rents priced from $3,434/month for studios to $4,395/month for two bedrooms. The deadline to apply is Apri 14.
Corcoran New Development is exclusively handling leasing for the development. For a limited time, Two and Three Williamsburg Wharf are offering 1.5 months of free rent.
