The units range from $801/month studios to $974/month two-bedrooms.

Market-rate rentals also just launched for 125 Borinquen Place; these units range from $2,567/month for a one-bedroom to $5,133/month for a three-bedroom.

Designed by architect De-Jan Lu, the building is near all the local hotspots such as Emmy Squared, Traif, and Xixa, as well as the M, J, and Z trains (quite important come the L train shutdown in April).

Qualifying New Yorkers can apply for the affordable apartments at 2700 Jerome Avenue until November 21, 2018. Fifty percent of units are reserved for members of Brooklyn Community Board 1.
