Qualifying New Yorkers earning 130 percent of the area median income can apply for the one $1,775/month one-bedroom and four $2,270/month two-bedroom apartments.
Apartments boast hardwood wood floors, high ceilings and open layouts. Kitchens contain stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Some apartments have backyard and balcony access. The building sits close to the 2 and 5 trains at Sterling and Winthrop Streets.
