Mike Myers’ $15M Tribeca loft finds a buyer just a month after he bought it
“It’s freedom, baby, yeah!” At least from his Tribeca apartment. Mike Myers bought a $14.65 million loft in 443 Greenwich Street at the beginning of the year, but clearly had sudden a change of heart, re-listing it just a week later for the slightly higher price of $15 million. And now, only a month after purchasing the pad, it’s gone into contract, according to LL NYC. Now if only he could so easily unload his $15.95 million Mercer Street penthouse.
As 6sqft previously described, the four-bedroom, never-lived-in condo is similar in aesthetic to Myers’ Soho pad, “with lots of clean lines, warm wood and industrial details.” It boasts a private elevator, 14 large arched windows, exposed wood beams and columns, oak parquet floors, acid-etched glass, and a sprawling open plan.
The eat-in kitchen has Christopher Peacock cabinetry, Calacatta marble countertops, Wolf and Sub Zero appliances, and a wet bar.
The master suite comes complete with two walk-in closets and an en suite bathroom with radiant heated floors, a steam shower, and free-standing tub.
The LEED-certified building also comes with a bevy of amenities that the mystery buyer will have access to, including a 71-foot indoor pool, 5,000-square-foot roof terrace, 4,000-square-foot courtyard, fitness center with an adjacent Hamam, temperature-controlled wine cellar, and a private entry porte cochere and limited number of indoor parking spaces (which help make the building “paparazzi-proof).
