Enjoy discounted dinners, Broadway shows, and hotel stays during NYC’s ‘Winter Outing’
Here’s a chance to enjoy some of New York City’s most popular attractions at discounted rates. Hosted by NYC Tourism + Conventions, “NYC Winter Outing” kicks off this month, offering special deals at the city’s best restaurants, hotels, Broadway shows, museums, attractions, and more, from January 16 through February 4.
NYC Winter Outing includes the city’s beloved Restaurant Week, which runs from January 16 through February 4. The prix-fixe dining program includes more than 600 restaurants this year, each offering two-course lunches and three-course dinners starting at $30, $45, and $60. Reservations will open on January 9; see a full list of this year’s participating restaurants here.
NYC Broadway Week offers customers two-for-one tickets to 23 Broadway shows. The Broadway shows included in this year’s event are “Wicked,” “Chicago,” “Hadestown,” “The Lion King,” “The Book of Mormon,” “Aladdin,” “Hamilton,” and more. You can book tickets for the discounted shows starting January 9.
During NYC Hotel Week, more than 160 hotels across the five boroughs will offer a 24 percent discount on standard room rates. Participating hotels include Ace Hotel Brooklyn, Conrad NY Midtown, Hotel Indigo Flushing, Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World, Le Meridien NY Fifth Avenue, and many more.
As part of NYC Must-See Week, customers can purchase two-for-one tickets to more than 60 museums, attractions, performing arts, and tours. This year’s participants include the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Carnegie Hall, the Empire State Building Observatory, Jazz at Lincoln Center, The Metropolitan Opera, New York Botanical Garden, and more.
“A winter trip to New York City offers travelers both memorable experiences and the year’s best pricing and overall value,” Fred Dixon, president and CEO of NYC Tourism + Conventions, said.
“This year’s Winter Outing program packages up savings across restaurants, hotels, Broadway, cultural attractions, tours and more at over 800 businesses for visitors to experience, upholding our mission to create equitable economic impact in all five boroughs.”Â
