As residents start to move into the world’s tallest residential building, we’re getting another look at one of the impressive residences there. The three-bedroom, three-bathroom on the 66th floor of the Central Park Tower, the 1,500-foot tall condo tower on Billionaires’ Row, has interiors designed by Australian-based Blainey North & Associates and features bold and elegant, but welcoming, elements throughout. The 3,165-square-foot sky-high home with incredible city and Central Park views is asking $21,890,000.
Interior designer Blainey North, whose luxury signature style has been seen in celebrity homes and yachts, incorporated the firm’s own furniture collection throughout the apartment, as well as pieces from Gabrielle Scott, The Rug Company, Amy Somerville, and The Urban Electric Co.
To divide the spaces, there are black portal frames in the entry, which also serve as a contrast to the airy living room, dubbed the “Grand Salon.” The expansive living area features individual glass tubes, reflective metallic wallpaper, and artwork by Dan Schneiger.
In the spacious main bedroom, unique touches include a custom upholstered headboard with artwork and integrated nightstands that boast fluted panels and solid brass handles. Adorning the walls is another special woven wallpaper, this time in ivory and gold.
North envisioned the second bedroom as a young girl’s room, with twin fuchsia pink leather beds and light pink satin wallpaper. In the study, the moody gray wallpapered walls are divided by black moldings and leather studded borders. The interiors of unit 66W were first spotted by Robb Report.
“We were inspired by the sound of New York,” North told Robb Report. “As someone who comes from the other side of the world—Australia—I find the ever-present hum of Manhattan to be one of its defining features. The sound always hits me when I enter the city and feels somehow reassuring.”

Central Park Tower residents have access to the highest private club in the world, the Central Park Club. Inside, there is a dining room, private ballroom, bar, full-service kitchen, and a cigar lounge. Additional amenities stretch across floors 14 through 16 and include a large outdoor terrace with a swimming pool and cabanas, a private screening room, a children’s playroom, and a full-floor gym and spa.
Developed by Extell and designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture, Central Park Tower includes a seven-story Nordstrom flagship store and 179 luxury condos. Current availabilities range from a $6,900,000 two-bedroom to a $65,750,000 five-bedroom.
