Central Park Tower, the world’s tallest residential building, has officially unveiled New York City’s most elevated (literally) private club on the condominium tower’s 100th floor. Perched more than 1,000 feet above Billionaires’ Row, the high-flying portion of the building’s Central Park Club offers residents of the building’s 179 condominiums a suite of private dining and entertaining spaces with incomparable views. Extell Development Company’s 1,500-plus-foot-tall tower is also home to the Nordstrom flagship retail store located at its base.

Central Park Club comprises 50,000 square feet of amenities on three floors. The 100th floor, with interiors courtesy of design firm Rottet Studio, features a grand ballroom that seats 120, a private bar, and a restaurant offering seasonal menu items prepared by Michelin-star chefs.

Five-star service is helmed by celebrated lifestyle guru Colin Cowie. There’s also a wine and cigar lounge. The entire space is blessed with 360-degree views of the Manhattan skyline, the Hudson and East Rivers, and Central Park.

The Central Park Club also includes the 14th-floor terrace level offering a 60-foot outdoor swimming pool, sun deck and cabanas, private garden, gas grill and bar, fireplace, and screening wall. A residents’ lounge offers billiards, a private screening and performance space, a game room, and a conference room and business center.

For the ultimate fitness and wellness experience, a 63-foot indoor saltwater swimming pool and spa, fitness center, squash/half basketball court, private treatment room, and locker rooms with showers, steam rooms, and saunas can be found on the 16th floor.
