The Hub, Brooklyn’s tallest building, unveils even more awesome amenities
In addition to being Brooklyn’s tallest tower, the Hub might also take the title for having the borough’s best amenities. The Dattner Architects-designed 610-foot tall luxury rental at 333 Schermerhorn Street in Boerum Hill will feature a 75-foot indoor/outdoor lap pool, a gym, outdoor fitness level, a dog park and much more (h/t Curbed NY). The more than 40,000 square feet of amenities will provide residents with grilling cabanas, a landscaped terrace, club lounge and party rooms.
Called “Club 33,” the expansive variety of amenities at the Hub certainly won’t disappoint. The 55-story building covered with brick and glass offers sweeping views of Brooklyn and Manhattan, from One World Trade Center to the Empire State Building. The beautifully designed lounge and game room features hardwood floors and oversized windows that will let in plenty of natural sunshine.
The theater features a projector with a large screen and what appears to be very comfortable seating. The Hub will also have a spacious playroom for children.
The amenities continue outside, with a large landscaped center green, outdoor fitness center, barbeques, the indoor/outdoor pool and a dog park. The great lawn includes an outdoor projector perfect for outdoor summer screenings.
Developed by Steiner NYC, the Hub contains 750 apartments with 150 of them affordable. In addition to being in a prime location, just steps away from the Barclay’s Center, the building itself features 42,000 square feet of retail space. Available rentals range from a $2,432 per month studio to a $3,909 per month one-bedroom. Find current apartment listings for the Hub on CityRealty.
