The L is virtually the only train without planned track work this weekend

Planned work will be impacting just about everyone this weekend, with the L line and shuttles the only lines to not have service changes. The 2 and the 5 lines are masquerading as one another for considerable hunks of track, and the A, C, E, are an absolute mess. To boot, MetroCard vending machines will only be accepting cash from 12:01am to 6am Saturday morning, so make sure to not be out of swipes if you go out Friday night.

South Ferry-bound 1 trains skip 86 St and 79 St.

2 trains replace weekend 5 service between Dyre Av and E 180 St. Downtown 2 trains skip 86 St and 79 St and uptown 2 trains run express from 3 Av-149 St to E 180 St.

There is no 2 or 3 train service between Brooklyn and Manhattan.

5 trains replace weekend 2 service between Wakefield-241 St and E 180 St.

Woodlawn-bound 4 trains skip Canal, Spring, Bleecker Sts, Astor Pl, 23, 28, 33, 161, 167, 170 Sts, Mt Eden Av and 176 St. Service operates every 16 minutes between 125 St and Woodlawn.

Pelham Bay Park-bound 6 trains skip Canal, Spring, Bleecker Sts, Astor Pl, 23, 28 and 33 Sts.

No A trains between 168 St and 207 St. Ozone Park/Far Rockaway-bound trains skip 50 St, 23 St and Spring St.

Uptown C trains skip 135-St, and there will be no trains between 145 St and 168 St, but the A will be making local stops in that stretch. Euclid Av-bound C trains skip 50 St, 23 St and Spring St.

E trains run via the F in both directions between 21 St-Queensbridge and 2 Av. Free shuttle buses operate between 21 St-Queensbridge and Court Sq, stopping at Queens Plaza. E service to and from Queens is available at the W 4 St F platform.

No D trains between 59 St-Columbus Circle and Stillwell Av.

Queens-bound F and G trains skip Fort Hamilton Pkway, 15 St-Prospect Park and 4 Av-9 St.

No M trains between Broadway Junction and Essex St or between Myrtle-Wyckoff Av and Myrtle Av (Broadway). Shuttle train operates every 20 minutes between Metropolitan Av and Myrtle-Wyckoff Ave and free shuttle buses operate between Myrtle-Wyckoff Av and Myrtle Av. M service between 71 Av and Essex St will be suspended from 8:30pm to midnight Friday.

N trains run via the R in both directions between Canal St and 59 St, Brooklyn.

No Q trains between Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr and Prospect Park. Q skips DeKalb Av in both directions.

No R trains between 36 St and 95 St in Brooklyn. Free shuttle buses and N trains provide alternate service.

No J trains between Hewes St and Broad St. Buses operate between Hewes St and Essex St, stopping at Marcy Av. The Manhattan-bound platform at 104 St is closed for renovation.

Per the whims of the MTA, there will probably be other problems, and the problems stated above are subject to change and worsen.

Are there any affordable housing for a working single woman in the city. Or program that can help.

What is the Mayor going to do. You work but cannot afford housing nor transportation soon to get to work.
