Celebrity couple The Weeknd and Bella Hadid have moved into 443 Greenwich Street, becoming the latest pair of stars to take over the Tribeca building. The famous singer-model duo has picked up a $60,000/month penthouse, which spans three levels and includes over 1,000 square feet of private outdoor space, as the New York Post reported. Due to its emphasis on privacy (it claims to be “paparazzi-proof” and includes an underground parking garage), A-listers like Jake Gyllenhaal, Meg Ryan, Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel, and Jennifer Lawerence all call the luxury property home.
The triplex measures over 5,000 square feet, with four bedrooms, four full baths, and a separate powder room. A keyed elevator brings you into the foyer, which connects to the sunlit open-layout living area.
The sprawling great room boasts double height ceilings and seven south-facing windows. Other highlights include the marble gas fireplaces and reclaimed wooden beams.
Sitting next to the living room is an even larger dining/ family room and the kitchen. Fit for a chef, the kitchen comes with a huge eat-in island made of Calacatta marble. It is also equipped with a six-burner Wolf range, dual ovens, a built-in coffee maker, two dishwashers, and a secret Gaggnaeou wine fridge that can hold an impressive 70 bottles.
The chicness of the home continues onto the second floor, where there is the master bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom features marble slab walls, a freestanding egg tub, a steam shower, and radiant heated floors. Another bedroom and en-suite bath can be found on this floor.
More penthouse perks are found on the top floor. There is a room with floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the private roof terrace. The outdoor space includes a built-out kitchen with a BBQ grill, fridge, and a separate garden area.
The triplex is also equipped with a fully automated AI system with in-wall iPads used to control the lighting, electric shades, speaker system, and air conditioning.
In addition to being a hideaway from the paparazzi, 443 Greenwich lures celebrities with its amenities. The 7-story building, which was built in the 1880s and converted into condos in 2014, has a 70-foot long indoor swimming pool, a central landscaped courtyard, fitness center with yoga studio, wine room, and valet parking.
